Questions
Do we all need to be in one photo?
No. That's the point. Upload one group photo, or a separate photo of each person, and we bring everyone into one scene. Up to six photos per card.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where each face is easy to see. Phone photos are fine. Very blurry, dark or tiny faces make weaker cards, so the free preview lets you check first.
Can we include the dog?
Yes. Pets in your photos come along. Dogs, cats and the occasional horse.
Can I write my own saying or scene?
Yes. Choose My Words for your own saying (up to 40 characters), and Your Idea to describe your own scene, like "all of us as lumberjacks at a tree farm". We keep it family-friendly and skip famous characters and logos.
How is the card made?
Our AI studio composes the scene from your photos, keeping every face as it is, and letters your saying onto the card. You see the result before you buy, and you can remake it as often as you like.
How do I print the digital card?
The file is sized for 5" × 7" and 4" × 6" photo cards. Upload it to Walgreens, CVS or Costco photo cards for same-day pickup, or print at home on card stock. Print as many copies as you like.
Will printed orders arrive by Christmas?
Order postcards, framed prints and canvases by December 10 for delivery before Christmas in the continental US. Digital cards are ready right after checkout.
What if I don't love it?
Make as many free previews as you like before you buy. If a printed order arrives damaged or doesn't match your preview, email us and we'll redo it or refund you.
